The Luminous Grove
Project Overview
The Luminous Grove is an immersive light sculpture garden where nature, interactivity, and cosmic storytelling converge. At its heart, a floating LED helix — the Andromedus Maximus — pulses with radiant energy. Surrounding trees or walls become living circuits, each adorned with curved LED arcs. At the center lies a glowing trillium flower, a symbol of unity and transformation is an interactive capacitive touch interface that allows participants to control light patterns and awaken the forest.
Our Artistic Intent
The Luminous Grove is an homage to the harmony between organic creation and technological evolution - a responsive garden where glowing forms feel grown, not built. Visitors don't just observe; they interact, shape, and connect through light. It’s a place where people become part of the landscape — each touch is a signal, each animation a conversation between dreamers, trees, and stars.
This installation is a meditative yet playful social experience. It's not just a piece — it's a living, breathing circuit of collaboration and wonder.
Core Elements
Compassion Flower Controller
This glowing 3D-printed flower is the heart of the installation. Featuring illuminated petals and three capacitive touch leaves with copper details, this sculpture allows multiple people to control lighting effects across the entire grove — together.

Andromedus Maximus
A stunning 3D-printed spiraling sculpture, 3.5 feet tall and 20" in diameter. Suspended from three nearby trees, this light helix pulses in harmony with the arcs and controller — providing a radiant centerpiece.

Perimeter Mounted Astral Arcs
Custom 3D-printed arcs embedded with high-brightness LEDs, mounted to trees at eye level.
Each Arc responds to the central controller and wirelessly syncs animations with nearby lights.
